We develop steel structures for commercial and public projects, and with our own design office and advisory engineers, we take responsibility for the full process from concept and design to production and installation. Our role is not just to manufacture, but to make sure the solution works in practice.
With in-house engineering and production under one roof, Baltic Steelwork offers short decision paths, close collaboration and a practical approach to complex tasks. We also contribute to product development and special-purpose projects, drawing on many years of experience in mechanics, steelwork and industrial technology.
Our team is proactive, solution-oriented and used to working with requirements that call for something beyond the standard. That is where engineering insight and production experience make the difference.
Baltic Steelwork delivers steel fabrication for structural steel, steel pipework and subcontract manufacturing. With many years of experience and certified production, we offer steelwork built for precision, reliability and traceability.
Our fabrication capabilities include TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding, arc welding, robotic welding, laser welding, pipework, shearing, bending, laser cutting, installation work, maintenance and service. We work with a strong focus on quality in both individual components and larger structures.
As a subcontract manufacturer, we bring practical know-how and a clear understanding of how steel components perform in larger industrial applications. That allows us to contribute not only with production, but also with improvements and durable solutions.

We offer machining for both standard and specialised tasks, including CNC milling, turning, drilling and custom processing. We work from 2D and 3D files or from a simple sketch, depending on the project and the stage of development.
Our machining setup is built for flexibility and accuracy, and we often take part in product development where practical mechanics and industrial experience are essential.
With adaptable machine configurations and a wide range of tools, we are able to handle specialised work across different dimensions and requirements.
Machining capacity: milling up to L 1000 mm x W 510 mm x H 510 mm, and turning from Ø 3–550 mm up to L 1500 mm with max spindle diameter Ø 102 mm.
